“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”  Jeremiah 29:11

About St. Paul’s

St. Paul’s was established in 1874 and has served the East Troy area and Walworth county communities for the past 150 years. Our congregation is currently served by one pastor, a congregational assistant and six teachers. We provide regularly scheduled worship services, Bible studies, a K-8 Christian day school, full and half-day preschool, and an after school care program to the members of St. Paul’s and the community. We invite you to browse our website and extend a personal invitation to come and worship with our church family and learn more about your wonderful Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and the special plans he has in mind just for you.  Please help us celebrate 150 years in 2024 by joining in our special worship services;  Feb. 4 with Pastor Zimpelmann preaching, April 28 with Pastor Baerbock preaching, August 18 with Pastor Kujath preaching and our church picnic Sunday, October 20 with President Schroeder preaching.

Our Purpose, Mission, and Vision

Our purpose is to utilize the true, inspired Word of God.  We nurture faith and strive to share the Law and Gospel with everyone.

Our mission: St. Paul’s Lutheran Church exists because of what Jesus Christ did on the cross for us, so we, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, seek to spread the true word of God within our community and throughout the world.

Our vision is to equip our members to be witnesses who go and tell, explore what the Bible says about prayer, utilize various methods of communication, strengthen the fellowship of the congregation, and demonstrate a living faith in the congregation, community, and the world.
